new bp release

I just released version v0.8r of basicPortal.

This build added a simple blog for now, and is same content management 
system running on baseBeans.com so you can take a look.

As in the past, it is based on a servlet 2.3 container with J2EE 
security, Standard Tag, iBatis DAO, struts menu, display tag, and has 
working code best practices.It is integrated, comes with IDE, SQL DB, 
container, JVM, etc. everything you need to be up an running fast.
It uses ScaffolindgExpres open source OO base library for Struts.

Source code has been tagged in CVS as v08r.
