I tried this and in the end checked the 'test' servlet. I could get this to
work by adding a row to the table with a 'content_id' of 8?

  The issue is that the cmnts table is empty but the test servlet tries to
extract the first row (id =1) and fails.
  You should add a row to the cmnts table and that should fix it.
  The application itself (http://localhost) does not have this problem.
