ann: yet another release of bP on sf.net released

Release 0.9.8.5 has a few touch ups to the data model.... and now one 
needs a password to unzip the docs(that have the required data model) or 
jasic (that also docs, generator, ets). This way more people would 
register... as the bP license requires for you to give me your e-mail at 
least(1,000 or so downloads per month, nice!). So to unzip a new release 
e-mail baseBeans or Infonoia.
