How to un-subscribe:

It will be faster if you un-subscribe by youself.
Each message at the end of it has this information on it, ex:

Any problems are with you relaying e-mail from one account to another, 
which I do not have full information on, like name, etc, so I could not 
help you even if I had the time or inclination.
If you think a problem is with the MailMan software, you can contact 
them about it.
