Hi

The JythonMBean is not really broken. What happens is that it is limited
since it can only invoke methods with no arguments so the usefulness is
limited. It should be possible to fix tweaking the mx4j.py file.

I'd move the request from bug to RFE. Anyway be welcome to take a look to
it
