Hi all,

if no objections, I'll package 2.0 final tomorrow.
Committers are asked to post here before any further commit to the codebase: I have in mind just to refresh the jars (Jetty, Jython, javamail and so on) with the latest versions, and do one last night build against the new versions, then package.

Let me know if there are problems.
