Summary: Issue in ModelMBeanConstructorInfo descriptor checking

Initial Comment:
The ModelMBeanConstructorInfo checks the descriptor
"descriptorType" as lower case. This is not the case
for ModelMBeanOperation and AttributeInfo. Dute to this
the model mbean writers should provide these desciptors
in lower case.

This issue is noted both in beta and final version.

It is not true that with MX4J MBean writers should provide
descriptor names in lower case. There are many test cases
that prove the opposite.
It is not clear what is the problem. Please either provide a
test case or a situation where MX4J does not comply the spec.
I'm closing the bug as invalid.
