Initial Comment:
The following message gets output to the console when
viewing an MX4J-enabled app via the HttpAdaptor with
XSLTProcessor:

  SystemId Unknown; Line #12; Column #81; Cannot add 
  attribute name after child nodes or before an element is 
  produced. Attribute will be ignored

This appears to be a problem with the bundled stylesheets. 

Editing the serverbydomain.xsl file as follows removes
the error message. However this is not a complete fix,
as this also disables output of the actual domain name
(I presume).

Within
  <xsl:template match="Domain" name="domain">
comment out the "p0" param in the call to the "str"
template.

System: Debian Linux Testing distribution, x86
Java: Sun java 1.4.2
Xerces2.6.2 is in the classpath, but no special xslt
engine.
