Summary: Use Thread Names

Initial Comment:
Hi,

in an application with multiple threads it is hard to
tell which threads belong to the application and which
to the MX4J implementation like the HttpAdaptor for
example. In the Eclipse Debugger you will see only
"Thread [Thread-5]".

Please provide names to the Thread constructors, e.g.
"MX4J HttpAdaptor".

Thanks,
   Michael
