Summary: ModelMBeanInfoSupport copy constructor is not complete

Initial Comment:
The JXM specification recommends that implementations
of the ModelMBeanInfo interface provide a copy
constructor that constructs a "duplicate"
ModelMBeanInfo from the copy argument provided in the
constructor.

However, the implementation provided by MX4J does not
produce a true duplicate of the copy argument. In
particular, it fails to duplicate all the field values
of the descriptors in the copy argument but instead
susbtitutes default values for the required arguments.

Fixed. I have also fixed the cloning of metadata, making it
similar to JMXRI's.
