Summary: Make MX4J JDK 1.5 friendly

Initial Comment:
Modify MX4J so that it can be run in JDK 1.5 bootclasspath.
Main problem is to fix places that do
getClassLoader().something(), since in boot classpath
classloader can be null.

As far as I can tell, now MX4J can be compiled with J2SE 5,
and be run in the bootclasspath in J2SE 5.
I have run the standard JMX implementation and the JSR 160
implementation with no problems, but I may have missed some
spot. Please report that if it's the case.
Tools and examples should be run from the system classpath,
as usual.
