Summary: ModelMBean resource type is case insensitive

Initial Comment:
Well, there's no reference to it in the JavaDoc but
JDK1.5 treats the mr_type passed to
ModelMBean.setManagedResource(Object, String) as case
insensitive when checking for "ObjectReference"

Patch to use equalsIgnoreCase when we check

The spec could be clarified here. The fact that the Javadoc
for RequiredModelMBean sometimes says "ObjectReference" and
sometimes says "objectReference" implies that the value is
indeed case-insensitive. This could certainly be stated
explicitly.
