Summary: Incorrect handling of <arg type="object">

Initial Comment:
In the ConfigurationLoader, when an <arg> element is
children of a <call> element and refers to a type
"object", an exception is thrown.
The problem is due to a wrong return type of
Arg.getJavaType() when the type is "object".
