Summary: Incorrect default objectname for MLet

Initial Comment:
If an objectname is not specified then
MLet.preRegister() will return an objectname of
${defaultDomain}:service=MLet

According to the JavaDoc the name should be
${defaultDomain}:type=MLet

Attached patch fixes this.

Jeremy, please fix this bug as your patch suggests.
Should be also trivial to add a test case in
test.javax.management.loading.MLetTest.
