Re: Do all tests pass with HEAD?

I added a new build target, testcore, that omits a lot of the remoting 
tests which seemed to simplify things.

I also found that the signature and serialization tests rely on having 
the RI available and these problems have cleared up once I downloaded it.

Is there anything else I should be doing?
