If a MBean operation decides to be evil and throw a
ReflectionException, it does not get wrapped in an
MBeanException when thrown by the MBeanServer

Now wrapping every exception thrown by MBean methods.
It is still not clear what should be done when MBean methods
throw an Error; for now throwing RuntimeErrorException.
