Invalid default domain?

In MX4J the default domain is an empty string; the JavaDoc for MBeanServerFactory says that the standard default domain is "DefaultDomain" and indeed that is the value returned by JDK1.5 I think for compliance and compatibility we need to change the default used by MX4J. However, this seems like a major change that will be quite visible to users. Perhaps we can add a system property that allows this to be specified, but as the default behaviour should be the same as the RI they would still have to opt in by setting the property to get back to the current behaviour.
