Initial Comment:
MX4J passes different instances (not identical) of
NotificationListeners to removeNotificationLister()
with respect to those passed when
addNotificationListener() was called.

For portability reasons and more compatibility with RI,
the same identical listener should be passed to addNL()
and removeNL().
