Hi all,

with the approaching of MX4J 3.0, I think it's a good time to remove
obsolete classes from MX4J.
Those classes are not included in the MX4J distribution since a long
time (and no one complained about), but they were still present in CVS.
I'd like to definitely remove from CVS those classes.
They are:

mx4j.tools.heartbeat.*
mx4j.tools.connector.*
mx4j.tools.adaptor.rmi.*
mx4j.tools.adaptor.interceptor.*

Classes in these packages and subpackages are using the old MX4J remote
implementation.
Their functionalities are now completely implemented by the JSR 160
implementation.

Raise a warning if this is a problem.

Simon
