Hi all,

time has come to release MX4J 3.0.
This major version contains several bug fixes by Jeremy, and the
possibility to easily run the HTTP-based connectors over the HTTPS
protocol.

Older deprecated stuff has been removed as well.

Let me know if you have any other suggestions for this release.
