Summary: Links/paging problems w/ view array/map/collection XSL files

Initial Comment:
XSL files for viewing arrays, maps and collections create
invalid navigation links with embedded whitespaces.

Paging does not work correctly for some of these
viewers.

Suggested enhancements:

1) Navigation links could include "All" to allow the entire
array/map/collection to be viewed on one page. This is
especially useful when copying data from the web
page.

2) Navigation links should span 2 columns.

The attached files have the fixes and suggested
enhancements and are base on V3.0.0 code.
