Summary: Integrate Hessian 3.0.13

Initial Comment:
Current Hessian version, 3.0.8, has a major bug in
ArraySerializer  and this bug was fixed in 3.0.13.

I start to made some tests with Hessian 3.0.13, and
after I changed JMXDeserializer.java and
JMXSerializer.java to be compatible with the new
API(they changed a few things) I it works well.
