Initial Comment:
When making requests to MX4J via http and specifying
"template=identity" in parameters result of the
operation returned as XML without XSL transformation
but content type is not set to "text/xml"

This is caused some problems when calling MX4J from
Mozilla Firefox with XMLHttpRequest.
