Initial Comment:
As reported by Jens Rottgardt, it is not possible to
re-add a NotificationListener to an
MBeanServerConnection obtained from a JMXConnector.
His particular case involved RMI, but that is true for
HTTP based connectors as well.
The problem lies in the fact that exceptions are not
handled correctly in the implementations of the
MBeanServerConnection interface (e.g.
HTTPConnectionMBeanServerConnection): when
connection.removeNotificationListener() throws an
exception, the listeners are not removed from the
notification handler.
