Summary: new Configuration Node

Initial Comment:
Hi,

I added a new Node Attribute to the ConfigurationLoader.
It is intended to be used inside the Create Node. Its
meaning is clear I guess. after the Create Node has
been registered, the Attribute node can be used to set
attributes.

The Node extends Arg and gathers the ObjectName from
its parent (Create Node).

I hope you can add this, as it makes you configuration
bean even a little bit more convinient.

thanks Mike

I did a couple of changes. there is no need to specify a
type in an Attribute call. after all the mbean itself
already knows the type
