Summary: Don't ignore 'null' preRegister() return value

Initial Comment:
InvokerMBeanServerInterceptor.registration ignores the
result of preRegister() if it is null. The result
should be used whether it is null or not; if it is null
a RuntimeOperationsException will be thrown later.
