I set my JDK_HOME to jdk131 and I get compile errors for more than just
my policy classes. What am I doing wrong?

Subject: [Mx4j-devel] MX4J does not compile (JDK 1.3) - Alan
Hi (Alan),
night build for JDK 1.3 failed with the errors below.
Also JDK 1.4 tests are failing for this reason,
[junit] Running
test.javax.management.remote.rmi.SecurityManagerRMIClientTest
[junit] java.security.PrivilegedActionException:
java.io.IOException: java.io.IOException: java: not found
but we already agreed to remove spawning of Processes.
