Initial Comment:
The equals() and hashCode() methods for the OpenMBean
metadata support classes:

OpenMBeanAttributeInfoSupport
OpenMBeanConstructorInfoSupport
OpenMBeanOperationInfoSupport
OpenMBeanParameterInfoSupport

are implemented incorrectly. They include the
description fields in the comparison/computation and do
not adhere to the 1.2 javadoc.
