Summary: TabularDataSupport hashCode() computation incorrect

Initial Comment:
The javadoc defines the TabularDataSupport hashCode()
to be: "sum of the hash codes of all elements of
information used in equals comparisons (ie: its tabular
type and its content, where the content is defined as
all the CompositeData values)". The current
implementation does implement the specified
computation. The current implementation also caches the
hash code after the first computation. Since
TabularData is not immutable this simple caching
strategy is incorrect.
