Summary: ModelMBean*Info ctors don't validate descriptorType properly

Initial Comment:
All of the ModelMBean*Info classes validate their
descriptor's descriptorType field incorrectly. They
make case sensitive comparisons rather than case
insensitive comparisons as required by the spec (pp. 96)
