Hi, I try to use MX4J's SOAP connector for communication of a Java and a C++ component. On the Java side I want to use MX4J Soap connector and on the C++ side I want to use gSOAP (using the WSDL schema of the MX4J soap service). The problem is, however, that MX4J uses Axis 1.1 which uses SOAP encoding for the messages that is implemented differently from the standard - it serializes all pointer data as multirefs, even when they are referenced only once. This is (according to gSOAP sources) a violation of the standard and that's why it is not interoperable. There is no solution of this on the gSOAP side. Is that possible to use some other Axis version under MX4J which handles the SOAP standard correctly or is the implementation firmly bound to Axis 1.1?
