Hi,
I'm using mx4j in java 5
(-Djavax.management.builder.initial=mx4j.server.MX4JMBeanServerBuilder),
and I'm wondering if there's a way to use the MBeans that come bundled
with Java 5 in mx4j.
I've checked and they're in the sun packages, and appear to be
internally installed when the mbean server is launched. If that proves
impossible, would it make sense for mx4j to provide similar MBeans ?
After all, we all want to monitor the memory usage and threads of
our apps, and replicating all that effort doesn't seem right. Does
anyone know of any project that is trying to build reusable mbeans ?
cheers,
Ricardo
