Nanning 0.8 Released

Changes since 0.6:
 - Moved some frameworks out of core Nanning.
 - Support for inner classes in attributes, somewhat refactored.
 - Changed pointcut model a little bit.
 - Remote framework now supports marshalling nested objects.

0.7 was an internal release only.

I'm going to start experimenting about using CGLib for generating
proxies instead of standard java.lang.reflect.Proxy. This will make it
possible to aspectify any classes, making away with the
impl/intf-separation. We'll see how it goes...
