The current activity is: not many new features are added, but bugs are 
fixed (when they show up).

I am currently not using Nanning in any projects and it's difficult to 
find time to work on it in my sparetime. (I'm spending it all on 
PicoContainer and DamageControl.)

The scope of Nanning is a simple interception framework based on dynamic 
proxies (or other similar non-invasive technologies), the idea is to be 
"good-enough", which means at least order-of-magnitude faster than EJBs 
but probably never faster than a byte-code munging solution. It also 
contains quite an amount of "frameworks" that are actual 
aop-implementations for various purposes.
