Preparing for 0.2

I'm beginning to prepare for releasing 0.2 so I'm working a bit on the
documentation down at http://nanning.snipsnap.org

I'll probably release 0.2 later this weekend.

Nanning currently has way too many dependencies which is largely due to
all the samples. Instead I want to restructure the build system so that
all samples are built separately and into different jar files. This will
give a very small manageable core with few-to-none dependencies. I want
to release 0.2 before starting this work.
