Hi All,

Please find attached a tentative implementation of XMLContainerBuilder
in C# for NanoContainer, I only included the changed .cs files.

Note: In my machine some unit tests fail if I reference in the test
project the picocontainer.dll that is in nanocontainer/lib, but if I
reference directly the picocontainer.dll in
\picocontainer\src\bin\Debug they work fine.

There is still work to be done.
