I wrote a class that bypasses OGNL and uses direct reflection to call setters. It addresses this issue. However, I can't test it properly due to the jMock version problem.

Description:
NanoWebServlet#setPropertiesWithOgnl use HttpServletRequest#getParameter(String).
So, in case of request paramete has multiple values (ex, checkbox) only gets first value.
