XML configuration not complete?

Hi all,

What is preferred way to specify component
dependencies on another components? 

<parameter> element is good for constants, 
but how to inject component parameter? 

picoextras-reflection lacks a way to specify component
parameter...

or ist it "do it yourself" task? 


If there is preferred way to do this, I volunteer to
implement it...
