Description:
Working XML container configurator. 

It supports MutablePicoContainer configuration, (without subcontainers)
 

Constant / Component dependencies, 
component keys ( if any ) are strings. 

Subcontainer support can be added. But I need beer right now. Urgently.
See attached java class and testcase for xml syntax
( I hope it covers everything )
