CVS Surgery warning.......

Folks,

Aslak is round at my flat, and in time honored tradition we are drinking 
and making big decisions.

Decision 1 of 5 is mug the hell out of CVS. Amongst other things we are 
going to merge all CVS directories to be in one tree that will have one 
Maven build file. This moves us in the direction of Spring in terms of 
ease of build.

Tis going to take us a couple of hours.
