Tis nearly all compiling under maven control now.

 'java' is the new root module in picocontainer cvs.

We're also going to book in a .ipr file so that people can start 
immediately with eding all source in IDEA. You'll still have to find all 
the maven libraries, but we can do no more with a reactor project.

When we get this going, we'll continue with renames on packages that 
were picoextras. they will go back to nanocontainer
