Jesktop 2.0 preview

Folks,

It all works, but I'm going to work on the site(s) a little more before 
we ship.

I can;t believe that this has been five years in the coding and two 
years since we last did a commit.

The relevance is that it uses NanoContainer to boot itself, though there 
is also a mainable BootStrap class that does the same thing.  See 
composition.js in the root of the main zip, or here

The app used to use Phoenix. That's gone completely. It still uses an 
Avalon XML parser, but some small snips could get rid of the that too.
