Description:
Latest change to Nano is inconsistent: explicit invocation of containerBuilder.build() was removed, along with containerReference and killContainer() mehtod, but PicoContainer parent paremeters were left in the constructor, and even parentRef variable is still there. They are completly useless, if automatic container instantiation is meant to go away.
