IMPORTANT: CVS reorganisations

A while back we decided to move most of the code in the NanoContainer 
project to a new project called PicoExtras. That has now been done 
(picoextras CVS module).

The PicoExtras project will host all the various extensions (various 
component adapters and front ends for PicoContainer).

The NanoContainer project will host the standalone _application_ 
NanoContainer. (It's kind of like a PicoContainer with a main method and 
support for scripted configuration and lifecycle support).

The PicoContainer project has not changed.

Everybody that has ever used the code in the old NanoContainer project 
should delete their old checked out copies and check out the picoextras 
and nano CVS modules again.
