produced from main trunk. It meets quality requirements!

The Options System redesign is back again, hopefully the last one, but
who knows? If you are module owner and your module exposes settings in
Tools/Options dialog you should join the thread.

We moved to Ant 1.4.1 for building NetBeans, unfortunately Ant's <javac>
task doesn't generate line numbers debug info by default.
