* nbdev:

Shut down of NB closes all the windows, but in reality it may take 
seconds until VM exits.
Should there be a "shutdown splash screen" ? How to suppress two running 
instances of the IDE  sharing the same userdir ?

Uninstalling of module should show a modal progress bar  blocking any 
user action till the operation is finished.
