The second release candidate of NetBeans IDE 3.5 (codenamed Tegal) has
been uploaded on the website

    http://www.netbeans.org/downloads/ide/development.html

Please download and test the bits.  If you run into serious problems,
feel free to file high priority bugs (P1) immediately.  We are very
close to the final release.
