I am pleased to announce that the third release candidate of NetBeans
IDE 3.5 (codenamed Tegal) has been uploaded on the website

We've fixed the infamous "Step over goes anywhere" bug in the debugger

    http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=27024

and a few other things in the installer.

Besides the English version there is also the Russian version of the
IDE.  Thanks Maxym Mykhalchuk!

Please download and test the bits.  If all goes well this RC will become
the final release.
