We at the NetBeans open source project are pleased to announce the 
release of Russian Edition of NetBeans IDE version 3.5 (code-named 
Tegal).

Russian Edition of NetBeans IDE is just a final NetBeans IDE 3.5 with 
prepackaged Russian locale resources, giving an out-of-the-box 
localized experience. It's available for download in various formats
