NetBeans 3.2 release seems to be next week! Today's Release Candidate 3 may
be the final build if no critical bugs appear. Otherwise we will create RC4
build during this week. Feel free to download RC3 and try it!

Doug Dew from BEA notified of the Campaign Manager for WebLogic, a just
released tool based on NetBeans. This tool is completely un-IDE-like. It is
a perfect example of how NetBeans is possible to extend. It opened a
discussion about NetBeans as a tools platform, and other long term goals.

NetBeans 3.3 planning is starting. Iwan Eising proposed his TODO tracker
module. After a lot of feedback the module was  extended to NetBeans
Annotation Module (N-BAM). Feedback is welcome. Ideas and comments are split
